We’re expanding our remote team and are looking for an experienced individual with a great track record of proven, successful tech-based projects to fill the newly created position – Project Manager. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects related to implementation, technology enhancement, marketing and products.

The Role The Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering on-time with the highest quality product and services. The individual will collaborate and interface with a number of partners and stakeholders within and outside the team. This includes but is not limited to Product Management, Development, Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations and 3rd party vendors/partners. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities. The candidate needs to be a strong change agent, leading conversations and achieving buy-in from stakeholders.


  • Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project.

  • Meet project milestones and maintain momentum of the project

  • Proactively plan resources to ensure maximum productivity

  • Manage the project’s budget

  • Set and manage expectations in regard to:

  • Project scope and timeline, responsibilities, stakeholders, project governance (communication, change control, escalation), risk management organizational readiness

  • Present and manage sign-off of key milestones and deliverables, such as: project kick-off, discovery, project plan, status report, change requests, reviews, user acceptance testing, production transition, project closure

  • Drive the UAT process

  • Prepare Change Requests as required to capture change in scope and/or timeline

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; PMI/PMP certification preferred Minimum, 5 years of experience project management Experience developing and managing project schedules Solid experience in business process mapping Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and mastery of Microsoft Project and Visio Experience managing software implementations in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment an asset Excellent customer relationship and business acumen Ability to manage multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing priorities Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills Ability to drive results through a multi-disciplinary team with matrixed reporting relationships Ability to lead and facilitate customer and internal workshops and sessions
